Yew Tree - Terms and Conditions

School Fees

Fees are payable in advance of each term unless otherwise arranged with the principal. Fees are calculated over 36 weeks allowing for holidays and are equally divided over
the year. Fees are adjusted accordingly to take into account the trial fee already paid. The fees may differ in amount if your child started mid term.

One month’s written notice or months fees in lieu of notice must be given.

The fees are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change at the principal's discretion. If notice is not given then fees will be charged in lieu of notice. We are unfortunately unable to refund fees due to holidays or illness. This will also apply if the Theatre School closes due to reasons beyond our control i.e. severe weather or reasons rendering the school premises unusable. Please be assured alternative arrangements will always be sought.
One month’s notice will be given of any changes to parents should the fees be increased.
Late payment of fees is not acceptable due to the fact that the school is not part of a large franchise and therefore cannot work with parents who pay fees in arrears.

Photographs and Recordings

Occaisionally photographs will be taken of students during performances and class activities. These may often be used for advertising purposes and newspaper editorials. By signing this contract you agree to said usage.

Uniform

Yew Tree Theatre School uniform is mandatory after the trial period and consists of navy bottoms, polo or skinny rib T-shirt, sweater or fleece. The uniform is an important identity for the students and we are happy to take post-dated cheques to cover payment.
