Into week 3 now and we have grown in numbers again! Welcome to all our new faces!
The Term Ahead
Students are working hard on their up and coming performance projects! (listed below) plus we are polishing (and getting up to speed our newbies) our group LAMDA pieces of ‘Seussical’ and ‘School of Rock!’ The students were buzzing last week as 2 teams prepare 2 numbers each from these musicals along with linking dialogue, plus they will have the option to perform in front of a LAMDA examiner on 17th November and earn a LAMDA Certificate! Read More >After finishing a hectic term with amazing LAMDA results again and a plethora of scholarships we rushed headlong into Seussical Workshop Through To Performance. This extremely talented cast bounced through over 27 numbers and performed the full musical to delighted parents and visitors. A snippet of George Ensor as Horton and Poppy Barker as Gertrude Mc Fuzz can be seen on the FB YT page. Because Chrissie was on the music and special effects no pictures were taken during the performance so if parents have any to share please e mail Christina. The students and parents really got into the spirit of creating costumes and helping to turn the village hall into ‘The Jungle of Nool’ and we had some cracking characters! It would be really great to see if parents captured any images!
